Winnfield Middle School student Kamryn James has been selected as a winner in the 2024-2025 Louisiana School Boards Association’s Artwork Contest.  

Her entry will be highlighted at the 2025 LSBA Convention where over 600 Louisiana school board members and local superintendents will view the winning entries from all over the state.  

The Louisiana School Boards Association will frame and display the artwork at the Governor’s Mansion for two weeks, then display in the LSBA’s Office. 

 The contest has yielded countless compliments and praise each year for the artwork that is displayed by students from across the state of Louisiana.  Pictured is Kamryn, the 13 year-old daughter of Stanley and Stacey James.
