The Family Engagement Survey is an online survey designed to inform school systems and building leaders about their success at engaging all parents in the education of their children. The survey seeks feedback on the welcoming environment, supports for student learning, effective communication, shared power and advocacy, and community involvement. Your responses will provide guidance for future initiatives at both the state and local level. Please complete a separate survey for each school that your children attend. (5 minutes) Thank you for your participation.
The Parent and Family Engagement Survey consists of 16 items and is designed to gather feedback from parents about the district/LEA as a whole and individual schools. The survey is designed to be completed by parents once per SCHOOL (not child). If the parent/guardian has children in multiple schools, they should complete 1 survey PER SCHOOL. If all students attend the same school, then only complete 1 survey. Please complete the survey by May 30, 2022. Thank you for your participation.
