(1) Mr. Kirk Miles-Motion to approve monthly invoices.
–Motion to adopt a Resolution to assist the Village of Sikes by maintaining and repairing the following roads: Doug McCarty, Young, Sowers, Firetower, Lonehill Church and Roebuck.
(2) Mr. Author Robinson-Motion of Intent to remove from the Winn Parish Road System 6,464′ of Henry Sanders Road between McDavid Road and 911 address 458 Henry Sanders Road.
(3) Mr. Joshua McAllister-Motion to appoint the Winn Parish Journal as the Official Journal of the Winn Parish Police Jury from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
–Motion to accept quote from IT A Truck Sales in the amount of $116,048.88 for Pothole Patcher Truck Chassis and 5 yard dumpbed.
–Motion to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Winn Parish Police Jury and Tannehill Water System whereby the Jury agrees to transfer $225,000 to the water system for water/sewer infrastructure improvements. –Motion to adopt the 2022 Ad Valorem millage rates as follows: 

General Alimony – 3.94
Health Unit – 3.24
Library – 5.05
Library – 3.03
Road District #1 – 1.99
Road District #2 – 5.12
