Winnfield Middle School FFA competed at the Area II contest on March 19. Students studied for weeks to prepare. 

The Vet Science contest helps prepare students for a career in veterinary science. Students learned about animal breeds, veterinary equipment, and parasites. Students competing in Vet Science are: Braelynn Golemon, Austin Riley Jones, Jake Johnson, Carson Thompson, Kenneth Richard, Cyrus Mockosher, Samuel James, Kamryn James, Reese Coleman 

The Floriculture contest helps students prepare for a career in horticulture. Through this contest, students learn about different plants and floriculture equipment. Students competing in Floriculture are: Sammie Maxwell, Matthew Powell, Zachary Kelley, Anna Phelps, Ella Gassiott, Chloe Maher, Mollie Bruce, Ronnie Hampton, Adisyn DuBois.
