Winnfield FFA Collecting Supplies for Those Affected by Ida

The Winnfield FFA Chapter is hosting a hurricane supply drive this week to help those affected by Hurricane Ida. Last year our community received so much help following Hurricane Laura, and now it is our turn to help those that truly need it. If you are interested in donating items, please contact Peyton Arthur at 318-554-8855 or Ryan Riley at 318-331-1619 to set up a time to arrange a drop-off.

Items that are being collected by Winnfield FFA are gift cards, cleaning supplies, bottled water, non-perishable food, hygiene products, fans, gloves, tarps, extensions cords, gas cans, batteries, bug spray, candles, flashlights, toilet paper, and washing detergent.

If you would like to purchase items on Amazon or Walmart and ship them to the school, the address is 631 Thomas Mill Rd., Winnfield, LA 71483.

The Winnfield FFA Chapter asks that those delivering items to WSHS wear a mask or make arrangements to leave items outside.

Please have all donations to WSHS by Friday, September 3 at 3:30 p.m.”
