All civil trials set between now and April 13, 2020, are continued and will be reset by order of the court.
All civil time delays and calculations are determined by the proclamations of the governor and legislation.
All criminal proceedings or traffic violations/citations proceeding that would normally require the presence of a defendant that are set for April 2, 2020, are hereby continued and are reset to June 4, 2020. Notice will be sent to the last known address of the defendant. If you have changed your mailing address, please notify the court by phone, mail or email.
Most traffic tickets can be paid online at quickcourt.biz and selecting Winnfield City Court. Traffic fines may also be paid by money order or cashier’s check payable to Winnfield City Court, PO Box 1342, Winnfield, LA 71483.
All court proceedings and normal operations of the Winnfield City Clerk will re-open to the public on April 13, 2020, unless that date is extended by further Orders of the Winnfield City Court or the Louisiana Supreme Court.
