According to the Louisiana Department of Health website on August 6, 2020, Winn Parish reported 39 new cases of COVID 19 this week, bringing the parish total of people who have tested positive to 410. There have been no additional deaths in Winn Parish this week keeping the parish total to seven.
The latest Nursing Home Report dated August 5, 2020, reflects Winnfield Nursing & Rehab has five new cases among residents and one new case among staff in the last week. Autumn Leaves Nursing & Rehab Center reported two new cases among residents and one new case among staff.
