All Hours Fitness Winnfield would like to recognize a young man that the staff is extremely proud of, KJ Delaughter. KJ was sworn into the United States Air Force on Nov. 2. He ran into some delays along the way but his determination to serve remained strong!! The staff at the gym have seen KJ grow up as part of the gym family and everyone wishes him all the best as he begins his military career!! Thank you for your service, KJ!!
