Absentee by Mail Ballot
You may request an absentee by mail ballot by filling out a form in the Registrar of Voters office or online at http://www.geauxvote.com
Deadline to request a ballot is November 4, 2022.
(That is the official deadline in current law. However, it is recommended that you request and mail in your ballot as soon as possible to ensure that it is delivered to the Registrar of Voters office by Monday, November 7 at 4:30 pm. You may also hand deliver your ballot to the Registrar of Voters Office.)
Early Voting
You may vote in person at the Registrar of Voters Office
October 25-November 1 from 8:30 am until 6:00 pm.
(We will be closed Sunday, October 30.)
Bring a current Driver’s License or Louisiana ID.
Election Day
You may vote at your assigned polling place on
Tuesday, November 8 from 6:00 am until 8:00 pm.

Sample ballots will soon be available online at http://www.sos.la.gov They are also posted on the wall outside the Registrar of Voters Office.
