Early voting for the Nov. 3 election will be held Oct. 20-27 at the Winn Parish Registrar of Voters Office inside the Winn Parish Courthouse.

Early voting will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day during the early voting period, with the office closed Sunday, Oct. 25. Voters should enter the courthouse through the Main Street entrance.

Winn Parish Registrar of Voters Bryan E. Kelley said the ballot includes several candidate races as well as 10 proposed constitutional amendments.

With multiple items appearing on the ballot, voters are encouraged to review their sample ballot before arriving at the polls. State law limits voters to six minutes in the voting booth.

Sample ballots are available through the Louisiana Secretary of State’s website. The GeauxVote app also allows voters to view their sample ballot, update voter registration information and follow election results.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3.
