 TRACY D. CARTER:  Defendant entered guilty plea possession of marijuana.  Imposition sentence suspended, defendant placed on two years unsupervised probation.  Defendant ordered to pay fine, court cost and probation fee.

 DUSTIN ALLEN BAXTER:  Defendant entered guilty plea second degree battery.  Defendant sentenced to serve eight years hard labor with Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections, credit for time served.

 WILBUR D. BEARD, JR.:  Defendant entered guilty plea simple robbery.  Defendant sentenced to serve nineteen months without hard labor.

 JAMES R. SUSAN:  Defendant previously found guilty three counts molestation of juvenile present for sentencing.  Sentence of the Court is as follows.  Count 1 – defendant sentenced to serve thirty years hard labor with Louisiana Department of Corrections and Safety with credit for time served which is allowed under Act 880.  Count 2 – defendant sentenced to serve thirty years hard labor with Louisiana Department of Corrections and Safety with no credit for time served.  Count 2 sentence consecutive to count 1 & count 3 sentences.  Count 3 – defendant sentenced to serve thirty years with Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections with no credit for time served.  Count 3 sentence consecutive to count 1 & count 2 sentences.   Serve twenty-five of those years without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence.

 ERNEST C. SMITH:  Defendant entered guilty plea unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.  Defendant sentenced to serve three years hard labor with Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections.

CARTER:  Defendant entered guilty plea distribution of a schedule II controlled dangerous substance.  Defendant sentenced to serve ten years hard labor with Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections consecutively to any time he is serving.  Court recommended defendant go to rehab facility.
