The City of Winnfield Animal Shelter will open Wednesday, May 6, 2020. Operating Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday thru Friday.

Animals must be registered according to city Ordinance No.5, Section 4-23 that states that each owner or keeper of a dog or cat within the city which is over three(3) months old shall annually cause such dogs or cats to be registered for one(1) year. The register shall be in a form as prescribed and furnished by the City; the register number shall coincide with the vaccination register number which appears on the dog tag.
