CISA Issues Updated Guidance on “Essential Infrastructure”

With both federal and state guidelines staying in place for the entire month of April, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency has issued new guidance, clarifying what businesses and employees are considered “essential infrastructure” and may continue to operate.

Louisiana companies should take note as this list has been used by Governor John Bel Edwards’ office in determining which companies should continue operations or close under the “Stay at Home” order and other directives that are in place. To see the updated guidance, click “Download.
